How Solar Heating works

The principles are quite straightforward. The solar panels on the roof collect the radiant light, which is transferred into heat. The sensor in the panels tells the pump to run. This circulates the fluid inside the pipes through the secondary coil in the cylinder and this heats the domestic hot water, the main boiler will not fire because, the solar master unit tells it not to. The boiler will only heat the water when the solar panels will not give the right amount of heat required to heat water.
