Meet Mack. A gas & oil heating engineer & plumber, but I’m experienced & trained in many other areas within the heating & hot water industry. Take a look through the web site to see. It’s my job,along with Sara, to co-ordinate all staff & to ensure the efficent & smooth running of all works & operations. Meet Sara. the helpful frendly voice who helps with all your enquiries. But Sara’s job also includs the smooth & efficent running of the office, booking in works, ordering all parts & stock & making sure that all engineers have what is needed before work commences. Sara shares the same belief as the whole team & says, “every customer & their needs are the most important” Sara is not just the company secretary, not by a long shot. Sara has installed woodburners & flue system, gas & oil boilers as well as hung radiators & she can also solder pipe work as good as any one, Sara dosent just talk heating & plumbing, she has done it her self, so Sara knows what she is talking about. Sara’s experience & knowledge means you're in the best hands from your first point of contact. Meet Charlotte. Along with Sara, Charlotte assists in the smooth running of the office as well as attending to customers who visit our showroom. Charlotte is a pleasant and willing member of staff, and she is learning & gaining experience in all aspects of heating and plumbing. Charlotte says, “I really enjoy meeting the customers & helping them with their enquiries”.

Meet Darren. Our supervising engineer, Darren is a very experienced heating engineer & used to work for a large national company, Darren says, “I really enjoy working for Mack Heating because the good quality organisation that takes place behind the seen means we can all do our work so much easier which in turn means all our concentration is on the quality of our work”. Darren has a strong commitment to customer care & is very meticulous in his work & you’ll enjoy having Darren work for you. Meet Andrij (The power flush king). A newly qualified oil heating engineer, Andrij has amongst his skills, become the Power Flush King of Mack Heating & Plumbing, he knows how to cleanse a heating system & get radiators working again. Andrij is both hard working & very dedicated which reflects throughout his work. Andrij says “I thoroughly enjoy my job and doing the best I can for every customer”. Meet Danny. A plumber, whose skills & experience make him a very valuable member of the team Danny plays a vital part in all our works & like everyone else, he believes cleanliness is a priority in every job. Danny is well mannered & polite & his enthusiasum is matched by his determination. Meet Lee. Our newest member of staff who has joined the stove & flue install team, as well as solar installs.
