Mack. A gas & oil heating
engineer & plumber, but I’m experienced
& trained in many other areas within
the heating & hot water industry. Take

my job,along with Sara, to co-ordinate all
staff & to ensure the efficent &
smooth running of all works & operations.

Sara. the helpful frendly

But Sara’s job also includs the smooth
& efficent running of the office, booking
in works, ordering all parts & stock
& making sure that all engineers have
what is needed before work commences. Sara

Dave. A senior engineer,
a family man who has high morals & standards
that reflects strongly throughout all his
work. Dave is a seasoned plumber, oil-heating
engineer and bathroom fitter. Dave has a

Andrij. A second year student,
like James, these two young men have among
their many skills become the “power
flush kings” of Mack Heating &
Plumbing, these guys know how to cleanse
a heating system & get radiators working
again. Andrij is both hard working &
very dedicated which reflects throughout
his work. Andrij says “I
